ACCOUNTING SERVICES

SVN I Walt Arnold property accounting systems ensure ownership that timely, accurate and complete management and financial reporting is always maintained. Our system and software are easily adaptable to any owner’s requirements.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORT

Financial Reports are prepared on a monthly basis and delivered to the Landlord or Asset Manager by the 20th of the following month. Monthly financial reports are formulated for each project on a cash or accrual basis and include:

    • Rent Roll
    • Income Statement
    • Trial Balance
    • Aged Accounts Receivable
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Bank Statement
  • Additional reports can be added as required.

    Working closely with the property owner or asset manager, our accounting department closely monitors all cost and tenant accounting obligations.

    Additionally, our team of accounting professionals will prepare the necessary year-end 1099 forms, Nevada Commerce Tax, and year-end tax packages.
