Paul Cook career in the real estate business spans over 25 years, and has included land sales, residential and investment property development, Tenant and Landlord representation for Office & Industrial properties throughout New Mexico, as well as large ranch, recreational property sales and resource management.
Paul is the Director for the New Mexico Medical Office Building Sale and Lease Back Advisory Team at SVN/Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage. He specializes advising Physicians and Health Care Providers who own Medical Office Buildings how to monetize their assets for “TOP DOLLAR” in any market, migrate away from long term lender liability and determine their own future real estate expenses. Current and Extensive market knowledge regarding up to date Sale and Lease Rates, along with “inside” knowledge of past, present and anticipated transactions helps Paul successfully guide his clients by eliminating as much of the “Guess Work” as possible out of what role Medical Real Estate will play in the seemingly tangled current and future climate change born of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Paul has spent a lifetime fly fishing, and having spent a good deal of his youth working in the ranching business, has a great appreciation for honesty and hard work.
